Financial Well Being


Empowering people to take more control over their economic lives is absolutely essential to the mission of our organisation. Despite the availability of a wide range of information about managing money and about financial products and services, good number of individuals, still struggle to make the financial decisions that serves their life goals. To achieve this end, we have made financial education a critical component of our activities. We have undertaken a broad array of education initiatives this year, as well as continued and expanded upon prior initiatives. Here are some highlights of the initiatives in this front.
· We have conceptualised and adopted the target specific modules for effective dissemination of financial literacy messages. Study and reference materials got developed in vernacular language that to in easy understanding manner, keeping in view the target audience. Financial education initiative for the youths launched by introducing key money and finance-related concepts early among the student and spreading hands-on learning opportunities for the young mass. · Our sole thrust was on developing money management skills among the target group and also we dedicated our self to consumer financial protection. The target audience are induced to go for life insurance and pension products and to avail different related schemes and programmes of Govt of India as well as state Government. We have put our efforts in collaboration with different stakeholders including banks, PRIs and Govt. machineries. In the backdrop of rapid progress made in the domain of digital financial services, we focused on strengthening the knowledge base and adoption safe digital financial practices. We have made use of technology and innovative ways of communication for dissemination of financial education messages.
