preservation, conservation and protection of the environment.

We conducted campaigns to create awareness among people about the depleting natural resources and
the protection there of
We have created awareness among the public on current environmental issues and solutions, especially
in context of Climate Change and Global warming.
We imparted environmental education in schools and colleges and made them inquisitive by forming a
network of nature clubs, conducting nature trails.
We campaigned for adoption of renewable energy technologies and promotion of energy efficiency in
both domestic and commercial establishments.
Observed “World Environment Day” at Salianch, Kendrapara for popularising the message of
environmental protection.
We had undertaken plantation programme at Kunjakothi , Ersama, Mangrove plantation at Rajnagar of
Kendrpara and Siali beach of Jagatsinghpur and awareness programme on soil conservation.
We had organised Tree Plantation programmes in 2 villages of Jagatsinghpur District.
Undertook survey for Medicinal plantation projects and bamboo cultivation cluster at 2 districts.
We are planning for a focussed programme in the years to come.
